Three-Time Award-Winning Project
Baskervill worked closely with Snagajob to design their new headquarters.
Located in Richmond’s Innsbrook office park, this project renovated an existing space totaling 65,000 square feet. The scope of work included interior architecture and design, space planning, features, furniture, and fixtures. Aiming to capture Snagajob’s “work hard, play hard” mentality, Baskervill designers developed an open and collaborative space, with few private offices, to evoke a community-based working environment. Natural light, and materials such as concrete, wood, and metal, serve as a canvas for custom furniture, bright splashes of color, and employee artwork.
The space includes a “town center” replete with a bleacher-filled community gathering space, full-service kitchen, and cafeteria. The show-stopper is the stainless steel slide, reminiscent of a childhood playground, which provides quick transport for employees between the space’s two floors.
