Project Description

First impression approaching the home: movement among nature. The design vision is conceived using building materials and forms that reflect the environment. Rectangular stacked stone complements the large boulders, wood siding the mountains, and angular gently rising and overlapping roof segments the wide open spaces and hawks flying high. Outside, traditional rustic feelings, but inside, contemporary expression. Upon entering the architect designed front door, the expansive Great Room with its floor to ceiling window walls that help blur the interface between inside and outside. Wood floors, stone accents and gently rising and curving ceilings further accentuate the design theme. Truly, an Eclectic Mix.
