The two-section 7-8 storey building is located on the platform of the semi-underground closed parking lot. A part of the designed building from the 4th floor and higher, has terracing on its ledges due to the terms of illumination observance and insolation of the existing residential buildings. The terracing is performed in the cascade form with a repeating rhythm. This solution provide the building more architectural expressive. The composite system and proportions of the building are carried out in original motives of modern architecture.
