Project Description

Saxonia House is a great example of bringing renewed life to an existing modern gem from the 1970’s. This exceptional house is now the home to a young, growing family located in a beautiful, established neighborhood. The goal was to take advantage of its best assets while remodeling and updating it in a respectful, engaging way. There is no intent to expand the house beyond the existing footprint.

By strategically reorganizing interior space, reactivating access to outdoor space, and reclaiming an indoor pool space to be the new center of family living, the house proves functional, flexible, and adaptable within a modern, clean, and open context. New landscaping reconnects interior and outdoor spaces
