Project Description
Situated at the heart of a well-established gated senior development, the project is the final phase in a master plan to transform this section of the community, and turn it into the social and meeting hub of the valley. This facility completes the multi-building complex and creates a pedestrian-first area that is a vibrant social center.
As with the earlier phase, preservation of the existing heritage trees was key. The building was designed to integrate with the existing site and work around the mature trees.
The building is designed to host large special events and become a destination for “A” list entertainment, such as Michael Bublé. Four multi-purpose spaces were designed to be as flexible as possible with the largest accommodating 400 persons for a banquet event and even more for a formal theatrical performance. Outfitted with a formal green room and actors dressing rooms, this project also features a full commercial kitchen for banquets and dinner events.
The architecture is a contemporary Craftsman style, that ties this building to the development of phase one
