Revolution Agency Interior Renovation, Alexandria, VA
Revolution Agency – 6,500 SF major interior renovation tenant build-out, located in Old Town, Alexandria, VA.
ALine Architecture assisted the client with test fits and space planning options, concept designs, Alexandria Old Town Historic Preservation BAR public hearing, construction documents and construction administration of the project. Design integrated materials and systems that supported Revolution Agency mission statement, corporate brandings, aesthetics and functionality of the space.
Revolution Agency project includes large open plan work areas for creative graphic design studios, audio-video editing offices, partners offices, break room / kitchenette, accessible bathrooms, new HVAC and lighting systems as well as historic preservation exterior facade work.
Phase 2 of this projects, includes the addition of a new egress stair on the exterior of the building and renovation of the 3rd floor into office space.
