In this project there will be an Reputed International Brand of hotel & resort. This brand will work on Franchisee base Model. In which the owner of the hotel will take franchisee of that brand for a long duration and management of the hotel will be operated by that international brand. The additional benefits of ROI will be mentioned as per the interest of personalities and revealed in Executive Summary. The project layout can be modified as per developer’s proposal also. For the project required Documents can be provided to interested Construction company/ Finance company/ Hospitality Group. Documents are given as follow:-
1. Letter Of Interest (LOI)
2. Executive summary
3. Feasibility report for project validation
4. All project related work in DPR (Detailed Project Report)
