Project Description

Rawtopia is a cafe serving sustainably-grown organic food, located in Millcreek, Utah. The project consisted of a 3,000 SF design renovation of a 1960s-era building, including new mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems. The architecture includes a large open seating area with a mix of custom-fabricated booth seating and open seating; a coffee bar; open-concept kitchen; point-of-sale; and ADA-accessible restrooms. In addition, the design team coordinated all the furniture selections, and created the branding and identity of the space including logo, menu, and staff uniform design. The project schedule required a fast turnaround with design, permitting, and construction being completed within a 9-month period.
