Project Description
This is an adaptive reuse project that includes the Ramova Theater building in the Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago. The 1929 movie theater is being repurposed for use as a live-performance music venue, with the adjacent commercial building and greystone apartment building modified for use as a brewery, taproom and restaurant.
