Project Description
This 500-foot tower is to be located directly across Park Boulevard from the new San Diego Central Library, and is across K Street from the proposed Chargers Stadium. Petco Park is two blocks west of the site. The San Diego Trolley runs along Park Boulevard, with a stop one half block from the site. A minor fault line runs through the southwest corner of the site. The upper floors feature panoramic views of downtown, San Diego Bay, the Pacific Ocean and Tijuana, Mexico.
