Project Description

A penthouse apartment in the Tagansky District on Bolshoy Drovyaniy Lane is an excellent example of the author’s approach of an architectural bureau, masterfully working with volume, shapes, lines, and color. The interior of the penthouse with a terrace was created for the famous artist and his family and became a platform for original architectural interior solutions. The advantage of these apartments is a fully glazed terrace, thanks to which residents always have the opportunity to enjoy the sun and natural light, as well as breathe the air without leaving the apartment. Architects placed a reception and recreation area there.
The penthouse is decorated in a modern style, without unnecessary details or hints for classic style. The color scheme of the interior is light and calm, which helps to create a comfortable and relaxing home atmosphere, which is so important for public people.

A minimalist interior with simple geometric shapes and clean lines required a suitable lighting system. The design solution is supported by linear lighting systems that outline the plane of the ceiling, as well as simple rectangular and cylindrical shapes of ceiling and wall luminaries.
In the laconic interior of the apartments were set accents, rhythm with the help of lighting and were created a cozy home atmosphere. A special lightness and airiness are given by the cove lighting, which visually expands the space. Dimmers help to adjust the light intensity and create the desired light conditions. There is the flexibility of solutions is provided by rotating track projectors in the living room area (winter garden). They also help to zone the space.
The architects gave priority to light colors and natural materials in the interior, which always look advantageous in natural light. Therefore, it was so important to emphasize the beauty of the materials used in the interior and the purity of color solutions during darkness with the help of high-quality artificial lighting.

For the interior of a private apartment were chosen elegant and minimalist electrical equipment of a German brand. White glass frames fit perfectly into the style of the design solution and emphasize the refined taste of the apartment owners.
