Project Description

This facility is a combined Senior Center and Day Care center making it a true Intergenerational facility. It is a two story wood framed building built onto a 7 acre sloping site. It not only combines the seniors and early childhood centers but includes a Family Resource area, Parents Plus and a 4K-5K Head Start classrooms. The building was built using SIP “Structural Insulated Panels” and has extensive natural day-light throughout the building.
