Located in Dallas, Texas, at the corner of Belmont and N. Henderson, Paseo consists of 24 Luxury apartment units comprising over 33,000 square feet of net leasable area. The design is reminiscent of Southern California residences built in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara in the 1920’s, including landscaped courtyards, well-crafted finishes.
