Project Description

One Sixty Madison is a newly developed luxury rental tower located in the heart of NoMad at 160 Madison Avenue and the corner of 33rd Street. Comprised of 319 studio, one- and two-bedroom residences, the 45-story building features an angled, octagonal design that enhances the typical New York City street wall. With exteriors by SLCE Architects, and interiors by Philip Koether Architects, the project offers more than 20,000 square feet of amenity space including the Three Sixty Lounge on the rooftop, an elevated private park, a fitness center overlooking the park, valet and concierge services, bicycle storage and a 24-hour doorman. One Sixty Madison is a partnership between J.D. Carlisle Development Corp., DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners and Mitsui Fudosan America, Inc.
