Project Description

Designed specifically as a coastal vacation home for a large family, the project was named “Ohana” in honor of creating a gathering location for all the family members.
Located on approximately 2 acres on the Gulf of Mexico, the design concept was to create a family compound of several different buildings to be linked by common interior and exterior spaces and to create the feel of an exotic and private resort.

Extensive planning has been implemented to every aspect of the project from the use of exotic materials to zoned occupancy so individual portions of the residence can be used without bringing the entire complex into complete and full operation when only one or two family members are in residence.

When completed the project will be a private island resort with close proximity to many cultural activities.

The current target completion for the project is the Fall of 2013.
