Project Description
Traditional “New York” high-rise form & solid-void relationship meets modern rhythm & materiality in this seven-story luxury residence, slated to be one of the tallest residential buildings in the City. In many respects, the dialogue between the two architectural styles echoes that of the City of Pasadena: harmonizing both old & new in a series of carefully focused brushstrokes. This project is seeking LEED Silver Certification.
