Project Description

The « NUDGE » Building provides for the first time in France, the possibility to connect architecture and behavioural sciences. The challenge given by the two real estate developers, OGIC and COGEDIM is ambitious and brand new. It redefines the way of designing a building, by adding social and anthropological aspects, which involves immediate results on the user way of living to improve his comfort, encouraging him to have ecofriendly habits and promote exchange and mutual support among people.

The “Nudge” concept then becomes an integrated approach of societal needs and issues of tomorrow.

The main objective is to stay focus on the large opening from the streets towards the coreyard, surrounding a federating place, such as an Agora.

The Nudge concept outcome states in the implementation of a new connexion between the individual and the main issues of tomorrow’s city, encouraged by architecture.
