The residential complex replaces a surface parked McDonald’s restaurant. It is conveniently located within walking distance from both the Navy Yard Metro station and the Washington Nationals baseball park. It is an important part of the ongoing redevelopment of the South Capitol Street area in the city catalyzed by the baseball stadium.
