This multifamily development by Brook Rose Development is located in an evolving enclave that provides a glimpse into Washington, D.C.’s rich heritage of alley dwellings and stables from the early 19th century. StudioMB worked with the neighborhood to develop a design that is restrained, fresh, and modern and which comfortably fits within its historical setting.
