A joint venture project between Landmark and Axis Singapore. Navapark is a project for a new premium urban area situated on 68 hectare plot of land with the concept of "Lifestyle Water Community". Navapark Clubhouse is envisioned as a five star lifestyle destination that redefines moderns sophistication through exclusive facilities. Due to the surrounding apartment towers, the main challenges became to hide the services, and the technical curved roofs from aluminum composite panels.
