Project Description
Complex relief, small site, plenty of functional spaces (shopping center, café, boutiques, health club, offices) that require large areas and relevant amount of parking lots determined the space planning decision of complex. Maximum employment of the terrain features of the site with engineering of double-leveled access into the building permitted to locate all necessary spaces reasonably. There is an entrance into the building from the first level. The entrance into the entertaining-sport-recreational part is designed on the second level. Just under the shopping space, on the first level, is located the first parking connected with the parking on the second level.
