Two streets, two plots – one complex. Preserving the height, rhythm, parceling, the buildings do not trifle with historical details; they correspond to modern style and functional content.
Human
All the necessary infrastructure is in one complex, apartments on the ground floors with access to own terraces in the courtyard, and the upper floors view the city center. The separation of human flows has been thought out so that residents do not intersect with office employees; employees of the office center do not notice guests’ flow into the hotel part of the complex.
Business
Multifunctional complex in which each component complements each other qualitatively. Three types of housing – apartment, hotel, and tenement. Office layouts of the proprietary PRO standard, according to which the office floors’ area is designed for a convenient lease of a whole floor or flexibly divide it into slots. On the ground floor of the complex, there is a universal conference room for events.
Urban
It is proportional architecture from the side of Lemkіvska street, reconstruction of the street front from Chornovola Avenue’s side. In terms of divisions and volumes, the buildings support the historical development, but correspond to the modern style and functionally consider all the needs for future residents.
