Project Description
For this project, we worked with experienced clients who had previously built multiple homes. This created a fun collaborative experience for us both since they were so informed on what to expect from the process. This couple wanted something very special for their newest property, so they enlisted RAC to design a home unlike any other they had developed. Privacy in the suburban neighborhood was very important, so the “butterfly” concept worked well for both the interior and exterior layout. The transitional interior design encompasses our clients fresh and clean style in their new home built custom for them.
