Project Description

Located in Huixquilucan in the State of Mexico, Mexdesa develops its program based on three items: commercial area / services, office area and parking. The purpose of the combination of uses is to turn it into a “Design Center”, opening its doors in the first levels to companies dedicated to construction, materials and design offices. Due to its proximity to single-family and multi-family dwellings, it is considered as an economic focus for the most external part of the municipality. The building proposes a series of rhythms and composition thanks to its façade, which allows it to regulate the sunlight and gives it materiality and identity.
