Project Description

Methow Valley Sport Trail Association operates a system of winter ski and summer bike trails in the Methow Valley of central Washington and was looking to redesign their existing trail head kiosks. A design competition was held with the goal of constructing a functional design that would be used to display trail information and would serve as a gateway to the trail system. The winning design was selected because it reflects the striking architecture and scenic vistas, hallmarks of the Methow Valley.

The project has been well received by the community and the local arts commission has been tapped to come on board adding additional public art to the project. The project was done pro bono by Mark Parker Architects and Deva Harris Construction.
