Project Description

Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s McEwen Ambulatory Care Health Center is a world-class outpatient surgery center and clinic providing multidisciplinary patient care, clinical research and education. The fully built out campus will be completed in two phases, and is anticipated to contain approximately 500,000 sf of space. The first phase of this project is approximately 250,000 square feet. The program includes 8 ORs, Imaging, orthopedic and spine clinics, pharmacy, specimen laboratory, physical therapy, clinical research, urology and women’s services. The facility will provide efficient patient care and clinical research space in a welcoming and patient friendly environment and a design that allows interaction between faculty, research and patients.
