Featuring five stories of wood over a concrete podium, the project fills the last three parcels of land in the Terminus complex, completing this unique urban development. And while the prime piece of real estate carried a corresponding price tag, the developer was able to move ahead with the project thanks in large part to the choice of an affordable, high-quality wood-frame structure.
