Project Description

Designed to connect Louisville’s nearby downtown modern urban fabric to the eclectic Butchertown Historic District, Main & Clay is the first major multifamily residential investment in this post-industrial urban area. On the street, residential flats, townhomes, garden patios and commercial spaces breathe life into a previously inactive streetscape. The podium portion of the project spans from the first to the third floor, with a second level floor system designed to be removed to create high-bay retail/restaurant in anticipation of future development opportunities.
