Designed as transit-oriented, affordable, first time home-buyer lofts, these 16 units are walking distance to the MacArthur BART station in Oakland. Above the podium, lofts are arranged around a central private courtyard. The living areas have floor-to-ceiling windows with open, informal spaces creating a generous feeling of light and air. The exterior design accentuates the individual units creating a row house building rhythm with a contemporary architectural expression.
