Project Description

This satellite ambulatory center is 50,000 SF and includes a cardio-vascular center of excellence, a cardio-vascular testing center, an orthopedic, rheumatology and sports medicine center of excellence, a bariatric surgery practice, a diagnostic imaging center, a testing lab, physical therapy and wellness, and a conference/education center. This project represents and innovative adaptive reuse project: the building, a single story “bix box” has had multiple reincarnations, starting as a supermarket. The “big box” concept lends itself well to repurposing for healthcare because the large structural bays and high roof structure offer the highest degree of planning flexibility.
