Project Description
The new Lithia headquarters is a mixed-use office and retail building in dowtown Medford. The project is the anchor of The Commons – a six-block downtown development district. With almost 12,000 square feet of retail space at the ground floor and an additional three stories of corporate offices above, the headquarters building borders the two park blocks that are at the heart of The Commons. Each facade of the building responds to a unique exposure – differing patterns of traffic, nature and pedestrian activity, resulting in a project with four unique elevations.
