Project Description
Project:
Gut renovation of a small 2 bedroom apartment in a 1950’s high rise in Chelsea Area of New York City.
Goal:
-An apartment with small footprint, both physically and environmentally, and one that offers just as much beauty and functionality as a pad multiple times its size.
-Maximize use of available square footage with having furniture and built-ins perform multiple functions, rather than singular.
Challenges:
Budget was an important concern. Every corner is made of high-Low materials to keep the cost down without sacrificing the quality.
