Lemariz İzmir, having most spacious apartment units, resting inside the forest viewing entire İzmir Bay and standing above one of the most solid grounds resistant to severe earthquakes, serving the new standards of housing architecture in post-pandemic era.
Lemariz İzmir is desiring to serve its guests the highest technological facilities within panoramic elevator, infinity pool, garden and facade lighting features and other spatial offers. The apartment units having smart house technologies and automation systems are going to include Vitra&Artema sanitary ware, imported laminated floor, ‘’Lineadecor’’ kitchen and ‘’Franke’’ appliances.
