Project Description

A nook cuddled by breezes and palm trees, and where the sea softens its sensible
space.

For me the goal of this project was the proper reading of the local architecture re interpreted in a high tech tool such as Rhino. Giving to me the freedom to design freely the hole magnitude of the project. During the process I never did any physical model, all digital, surrounded by aboriginals in a very undeveloped environment.

The arquitecture itself merges with the surroundings, to outline the local design in a contemporary
fashion.

FACT SHEET

Activities such as scuba diving with Gigantic Mantas and the magnificent view of the
whales during the June/October season provide a fantastic outing. Likewise, surf, body
board, kite surf, snorkeling on the Isla de la Plata, fishing at high seas (swordfish, goldfish
and waju) as well as deer hunting and horseback riding on the beach, amongst other
activities, present ideal outdoor delight and enjoyment.
The hotel offers sixteen rooms, five of which are found in the main building and eleven, in
bungalows. Seven of these hold a private pool. There is a semi- Olympic pool, a sauna
bath, a steam bath, massage rooms, Pilates’ training- rooms, two snack-bars and a restaurant,
the latter offering typical Manabi dishes.

REAL ESTATE PROJECT

The Tanusas is conceived to look forward into the future, through its building expansion in
a real estate project which integrates the hotel, and in which both the administration of
future housing and the provision of services is developed through the hotel itself.
The preset layout has been designed by four arquitects, whose teams have generated
proposals in keeping with the distinctive features of the soil.

THE MASTER PLAN

The final stage of the Project envisions a stable, tennis courts, a mini-market, sports lakes,
as well as green areas and a small yatch-club.

I design every single detail of this project with Rhinoceros, and was the best decision I ever make.
