Kobi Karp masterfully redesigned the 27,000 square-foot Miami Ad school into an upgraded headquarters office located in Wynwood. The notoriously-pink exterior is covered with murals, staying true to its Wynwood setting. With state-of-the-art technology and an open layout, the office interiors allows the team to collaboratively work while increasing productivity. Karp’s vision created a community for his team to grow, while providing wellness perks including Barry’s Bootcamp, a chicken coop to connect with nature, and a Hästens Sleep Spa.
The world renowned architect is collaborating with Swedish maker of the world’s most exclusive beds, Hästens, to outfit the Sleep Spa at the Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design campus. The brands are coming together at the crossroads of wellness and high design to debut the Hästens Wellness Lounge featuring a fully dressed Maranga bed. Beyond their common passions for pristine design and high-quality materials, this collaboration makes a statement on the importance of mental and physical wellbeing, revolutionizing the standard workplace. Employees and visitors of the Kobi Karp offices will be encouraged to test the bed in signature Hästens gear- down booties, robe and sleep mask. Hästens beds are known for being made of entirely natural materials with properties that enhance the way you sleep through proper anatomical alignment and consistent support. The brand has two Miami locations- in Brickell and the Design District.
