Project Description

PVA renovated the hurricane-damaged Ko’a Kea Hotel & Resort, formerly known as the Poipu Beach Hotel – one of the oldest on the island of Kauai. The design concept was to return the hotel to its original Hawaiiana style character while modernizing its amenities. New elects of the boutique hotel include a spa, pool, beach bar and updated guest rooms. The overall design will focus on simplicity and comfortable island living while capitalizing on ocean views.
