Project Description
The Institute, to be set up on a 5 acre site, is envisaged to boost scientific spirit in the North-East region of India. The design was selected in a limited competition. The building comprises research laboratories, shared analytic & instrumentation facilities, seminar halls, 300-seat auditorium, cafeteria, library, computer centre, animal house, workshops & stores.
