This 4 bed room house is for young professional couple with two kids. This house is designed on Land area 12 Marla (2700 sq ft).
The client wanted house for two families. Ground floor he wants to use for his family and first floor for rent out. In future his two kids would use ground floor and first floor respectively.
House is designed accordingly, having same design on both floors. Stairs are provided in the lobby so that first floor family uses the house independently without disturbing the family living on ground floor. Car porch can accommodate 2 large and 2 small cars. Ground floor has lawn where as first floor has planters and sitting area in circular form as on round floor.
