Project Description
Kollin Altomare was challenged to reimagine the original 250-room mid-century structure on Los Angeles’ Westside, while preserving the work of legendary LA architect Welton Beckett.
Airy and cozy, the lifestyle hotel features spacious, modern rooms and suites with sweeping city and coastal views. The design blends clean lines with light and warm natural woods, local art, handmade tiles, and custom furnishings. The refreshed spaces include the lobby and fitness center, as well as a new lounge, restaurant, bar, and entry drive.
