Project Description

The development is located in the Suzhou Industrial Park overlooking Jinji Lake.

It comprises a four-level retail podium with four towers which include offices, SOHO apartments, residential and hotel facilities. Functional unit layouts, natural light, and cross ventilation are carefully integrated. The four towers are allocated at the four corners of the site in order to maximise the view towards Jinji Lake.

The architectural design incorporates Suzhou’s unique water and mountains. It embraces the tea culture of the city and reminds people of the famous terraced tea plantations. Horizontal lines dominate the facades and the differences in building heights create a three-dimensional terraced form.

The podium links two towers and features two atria. Visitors may enjoy both lake and garden views at the rooftop garden and outdoor terraces. There is also a landscaped boulevard running across the site.
