Project Description

Our interpretation of possible development opportunity which would be favoured with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

Option 1 melts into the original fabric of listed buildings, but with a contemporary feel. Buildings like this are quite popular in Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster and would be fitting for the residential style along this street. Trees are planted, and a discreet, yet beautiful, large advertisement screen, articulates a classic yet next generation feel to enhance a beautiful entrance into the borough.

Option 2 is a cutting-edge design, innovative and forward thinking, and would be beautiful to see as a built structure. A general articulation of a commercial building, with a cutting edge commercial tectonic structure, within this considerable residential area.
