Project Description
Sense of smooth gradation and movement comes from both, the spatial positioning of the buildings and the design of each. For them to be perceived as a consolidated structures, the taller building cedes the foreground to the five storied hotel/office building, with oblique road beside it that leads to the underground garage.
As the apartment building gains height, it twists at different angles in the same direction. This arrangement required individual designing of every apartment and ones, that face the sea, have terraces.
