Project Description
LEED certified tenant improvement of 4,285 SF of commercial office space in the historic Dillingham Transportation Building. In addition to dealing with the sensitivity of a space listed on the National Historic Registry, the effort is also obtained LEED Platinum certification which is the highest level of LEED certification available. This effort required the coordination of multiple jurisdictional authorities, as well as its sustainable implementation with the GBCI.
