Project Description

FROM THE ARCHITECTS:

Committed to creating maximum value for stakeholders and end-users. The Great River Landing project is a prime example of creating value through purposeful de-sign. More than a housing development in the North Loop, it is a place of stability for people committed to positive change after recovering from the traumas of unemployment, homelessness, and incarceration. Designed for 72 adult men, the residences support tenants on their journey toward successful reintegration into society.

In addition to housing, the building provides amenities like classrooms, meditation spaces, meeting rooms, and lounges to encourage personal growth through communal living. The ground floor has a multiple uses including community space that acts as a cafeteria, a product showroom, and office space. The space supports the men as they work toward being good parents, committed workers, and active community members.
