Project Description
Our client is a well-known professional athlete who is on the road an average of 120 days a year staying in some of the nation’s nicest resorts and hotels. We were challenged with creating a luxury home, in a ranch setting, that had all of the amenities of a typical 5 star hotel, yet remained comfortable to live in and raise his young family. It needed to remain rustic, yet also have some soft contemporary feel, and remain timeless.
The lack of constraints is what made for such an amazing project. Although highly involved, the client was very willing to allow the design team to take complete command of the design and execution of the details. We were allowed to truly unhinge from typical barriers which opened a flood of unique, one of a kind details and finishes. Having complete creative control of the entire estate permitted us to have a seamless theme and truly blur all of the typical barriers created between the different environments.
