Project Description

Flatiron Vista is an urban infill redevelopment project at
the heart of Boulder, CO. The site straddles numerous
land-use districts, which has resulted in the development of two attached units on the north end of the site and four attached townhouses on the south end. Flatiron Vista was designed as a boutique collection of six residences that have unobstructed views to the Flatirons. Wrapped in metal siding, brick, and cedar; Flatiron Vista commands the corner of Folsom & Spruce. Each unit is curated with sleek modern finishes and materials that blend industrial and natural tones. The units span from 2,000 to 3,500 square feet, each with a private outdoor living space, tall ceilings, hardwood floors, and wide windows providing that single-family home feeling.
