Project Description

A single family house with 6,200 sq-ft of living space in a beautifully spread, tree-lined property was uniquely designed. At the design inception, the symmetrical shape of the building was selected as the basis for the geometric shape, which was subsequently developed through multiple iterations. The traditional brick exterior and contemporary interior were carefully integrated throughout the house with a neutral deco. Its fireplace was located away from the south wall that faces the backyard. Its open floor plan enhances its spatial connection between rooms and enables the entire house to be filled with many memorable moments.
