Project Description
Russell and Dawson an Architecture and Engineering Design Firm provided A&E Services for the Redesign and Rebranding of the hotel including Interior Renovation & Landscape Improvements. The project was completed in October 2019 with a project valuation of approximately $8 million. The hotel redesign and renovation were done for a 16-year-old hotel into an upscale hotel for mixed-use development.
Addition of new indoor swimming pool (32.3’ x 73’)
New design of in-completed porte-cochere (27’ x 27’) at front entrance
The facade with new glass and ornamental panels
Removal of the pool house and brick chiller plant
Improvements in parking and landscaping
