Project Description

While each RYBAK Development building boasts architectural innovation, Element 88's postmodern aesthetic and staggered design required RYBAK Development and BK Developers to conceive and construct a truly one-of-a-kind, progressive concrete façade. Cast-in-place concrete facades last longer, requiring less maintenance while offering enhanced strength, water/fire resistance, temperature/noise insulation, and design flexibility. These advantages are well known to developers throughout the city, but it takes bold vision, careful planning, and expert execution to cast the leaning facades and cantilever walls that realize the Element’s daring contour. The most distinctive among these can be found on the second floor – your very own 6000 sq ft park and recreation area. Only the most elite buildings provide residences with a dedicated park, and of those very few are designed within the building. Beautifully landscaped, complete with benches and walkways, and dedicated to residents, the park is your tranquil haven, a natural oasis among the city. Conscientious architectural design demands taking the elements of nature into account. The Element brings them home. The development team’s signature attentiveness to quality, aesthetic, and detail is exemplified throughout each of the Element’s thirty-three 1, 2, and 3 bedroom homes. Exclusively crafted to balance comfort and style, each home features timeless hardwood herringbone flooring sourced from premium quality lumber and spacious layouts.
