Project Description

The Coachella Valley has long been a retreat for prominent movie stars and politicians, many of whom are accompanied by a sizable entourage. As part of Eisenhower Medical Center’s commitment to providing a campus-wide therapeutic and healing environment, Moon Mayoras designed the Greg and Stacey Renker Pavilion (Renker Pavilion) to provide discreet care for prominent dignitaries, politicians, celebrities, and other highly visible individuals requiring privacy as an essential element of their healing process.

The Renker Pavilion consists of 24 private inpatient beds and associated amenities. Moon Mayoras designed the facility to provide immediate access to Eisenhower Medical Center’s ancillary services, and direct access to and from the emergency department located directly below the Renker Pavilion through a dedicated private elevator.
